No Forgiveness

Must we suffer always? Yes.
Indiscriminate distress
Binds us with its razor rim.
For the bindings are within.

Is there no redemption? None.
Kafkaesque the conundrum:
No forgiveness to the dim.
Down the hemlock to its brim.
